Ikigai is a Japanese concept that represents our “reason for being” blending what we love, our strengths, what the world needs, and what we can be paid for. In this event, we will explore our ikigai and engage in theatrical exercises to aid in this personal discovery.
Finding your ikigai often involves asking simple questions that help uncover the essence of who we are, beyond the labels we’ve acquired over time. In this event, we will explore our ikigai and engage in theatrical exercises to aid in this personal discovery.
Giada, our host is a seasoned actress and theater trainer, her expertise ranges from physical mime to theater pedagogy.
Join us for a powerful experience that will connect you with your true self and help you navigate towards a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

No, no prior experience is required. Everyone is welcome to join.
Please bring a mat/towel, a completed form, and a pen.
The event will take place in our outdoor events space in Perdifumo, Cilento. After signing up, you will be added to a WhatsApp group a few days before the event, where we will provide all the necessary last-minute information, including the exact location.
If bad weather occurs, the event will be rescheduled. We will communicate any changes via the WhatsApp group that you’ll be added to after booking your place.
Our meeting will start at 5:00 PM and end at 7:00/7:30 PM.
