Discover the world of wild plants with local biologist Emanuele Cavaiolo, known as ‘La Capra Selvatica’. During this event, you will be provided with the tools to begin recognizing and classifying wild plants through Emanuele’s self created approach.
This course offers a multisensory method engaging sight, touch, smell, hearing, and taste. Providing you with the opportunity to do a tasting of La Capra Selvatica’s vegan products created using foraged plants.

We will finish the course with a unique tasting experience focused on sustainable and nutritious food alternatives, featuring live, fermented, and unpasteurized foods. All dishes are naturally gluten-free.
First Course: Wild greens + Borschette (gluten-free bruschettas made from borage leaves)
Plant-based cheeses and aged almond ricotta with white mulberry molasses and Aleppo pine syrup
Second Course: Chickpea farinata with sarsaparilla and vegan mayo
Drink: Vino d’India (naturally fermented, unpasteurized prickly pear wine)

This event is open to participants of all ages.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration for this event must be completed beforehand. Sign-ups will close a couple of days before the event.
