When was the last time you truly took some time for yourself?
This event is a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with who you are—away from the rush of everyday life.
The day is divided into 2 parts. You can decide to participate in both activities or only one, upon booking you will be contacted to confirm which part of the event you wish to participate in.
Human Design Workshop (Part 1)
In the first part of the day, we will discover Human Design, a system that helps you better understand your nature and how to align with your energy. Through a personalized reading, you’ll learn how to recognize your strengths and make decisions that truly fit you.
Guided by Serena Marigliano, yoga teacher and Human Design expert, this session includes meditation and journaling to help you focus, relax, and express your thoughts freely.

Sunset Aperitivo with Live Music (Part 2)
End the day with a relaxed aperitivo and live music – an intimate moment to share experiences and unwind.
Cost: €5 (+ membership card)
This price includes live music, a glass of local wine + aperitivo
Outdoor massage session (OPTIONAL)
If you’d like to indulge in an additional moment of relaxation, book a 30 minute outdoor massage at sunset with Tania, a massage therapist from Perdifumo, who will guide you through a regenerating treatment to release tension and restore balance.
Cost: €25 (+membership card) available by reservation only.

If you’re a new member, when you buy this product you are buying your membership card. The extra €20 is to be paid in person on the day of the event.
If you are already a member, present us with your valid membership card on the day of the event and you will be required to only pay €10 euros in person.
Sunset aperitivo with live music

How long does the event last?
The event lasts about 5 hours, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Do I need to book the massage session in advance?
Yes, the massage session is optional and requires a reservation. We recommend booking it before the event to secure your spot. The massage lasts 30 minutes and costs an additional 25€.
Can I attend the event without a membership card?
No, the membership card is required to attend the event.
Can I attend just one part of the event?
Yes, each part of the event can be booked separately:
Human Design: €20 (+ membership card)
Aperitif & Live Music: €5 (+ membership card)
Massage: €25 for 30 minutes (+ membership card)
Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend bringing a mat or a towel for meditation. If you’ve booked a massage, feel free to bring a towel or a cover for the treatment.
What happens if it rains?
If it rains, the event will not take place.In this case you’ll be contacted.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I just show up?
Spots for the activities are limited, so booking is mandatory. If you want to secure your place, make sure to contact us in advance!
