Description

Time to roll up your sleeves!

If you’ve ever found yourself in our situation, your kitchen a mess after trying to make pizza dough for Saturday night, or bread that always turns out oddly shaped and not quite right? This workshop is just what you need!

After spending countless hours waiting for pizza dough to rise and struggling to bake the perfect loaf, it’s time to learn how to do it properly with the right hands and the right ingredients.

In our day long course, you’ll be guided through the secrets of natural bread making, things you simply can’t learn from a YouTube video. From choosing the right flours to managing sourdough starter, and all the little tricks that will help you achieve the perfect texture and flavor. And at the end, not only will you have learnt something new, but we’ll also share an aperitivo together, made with the pizza we will make ourselves.

The workshop is led by Anna, founder of Impasti Radicali, who has been exploring the beauty of natural bread making for years. With her passion for rediscovering traditions and her approach that connects food with mindfulness, she will guide you through a truly hands-on experience.
