A day in Perdifumo

13 September 2025

This event was created with the local community to put Perdifumo at the heart of the experience. Guided by Nunzia and Eleonora, participants explored hidden corners and everyday stories of the town, discovering its character through the voices of those who live there.

The day ended with a traditional dinner in our space, prepared by Amelia, a local home chef, celebrating Cilentan food, traditions, and community.

Social Bites

22 August 2025

The goal of this event was to connect and create new connections which can sometimes be so hard to do here in Cilento.

We prepared an apericena made with produce from our veggie garden, served on handcrafted plates by Musae, while participants connected through simple games.

Scostumate Fest

27 July 2025

This event invited everyone to let loose and express themselves freely with a drum circle guided by Francesco and a playful theater workshop with Annalucy.

The evening closed with a community picnic under the stars and DJ set by Stefano, where participants shared food, laughter, and good company.

Time for you

12 July 2025

Guided by Serena, participants explored Human Design through meditation, journaling, and personalized readings, learning to align with their energy and strengths while some enjoyed optional massages from Tania, a local massage therapist.

As the sun set, our sunset aperitivo began with live music from Antonio Saporito and an open jam session.

Create, Swap, Connect

28 June 2025

Together with Julie from Pétronille Atelier, we learned to transform used paper into handmade sheets during a recycled paper workshop. Participants of all ages joined in to discover new ways of reusing everyday materials.

The evening continued with a shared picnic-style, a swap party with Mondo Circe, and an open talk organised with Produzione Aloud with live music, creating space for reflection, inspiration, and community connection.

Happy Birthday Growing Greener

25 May 2025

We celebrated our first birthday in Perdifumo with an outdoor market of 20 local artisans and artists and a vinyl DJ set by Frizzy Pazzy, followed by live music from Xarau.

The evening ended with a sold-out traditional Cilentan dinner in the square, where we shared good food, danced and celebrated our first year together.

During the event with La Capra Selvatica, participants learned to identify the main edible wild herbs found in our region, learning about their characteristics and how they can be used.

We also did a tasting of products made from wild plants, allowing participants to discover new flavors.

Borderless

Vishwa guided participants through an immersive evening of Indian cuisine, serving dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients while exploring how culture, identity, and relationships shape the way we eat.

Build your Ikigai

24 August 2024

Participants explored the Japanese concept of Ikigai (our ‘reason for being’) through interactive theatrical exercises that helped uncover passions, strengths, and purpose.

The workshop, led by Giada offered a powerful opportunity for self-discovery, reflection, and connecting with one’s true self.

 

Exploring Breathwork

7 July 2024

This second day with Serena focused on yoga and breathwork practice, combining meditation and breath-control techniques to relax and energize the body.

Participants learned how to integrate these practices into daily life, discovering the benefits of deep, mindful breathing.

Discovering the Chakras

22 June 2024

Serena, certified yoga instructor, guided participants through an immersive day combining yoga practice and knowledge of the Chakras, exploring physical, mental, and spiritual energies.

The event offered both expert yoga practice and a chance to reconnect with nature, rediscovering balance and self-awareness.

Wild fermentation and traditional grains workshop

1 June 2024

Organized with Anna from Impasti Radicali and Candida from Wild Ferment, this workshop explored traditional grains and spontaneous fermentation. Participants collected wild plants and created natural yeasts and learned how to manage both wild yeast and sourdough.


The day concluded with a convivial aperitivo, tasting fermented drinks and pizzas prepared during the workshop.

Trekking: Panoramas of Perdifumo

19 May 2024

We explored Ancient Cilento with guide Daniele from Explorer Campania, hiking from Perdifumo’s historic center to Monte Stella and stopping to learn about local history and culture.

The trek ended at a panoramic viewpoint, offering a unique opportunity to connect with nature and the area’s history.

Tra sogno e realtà

12 May 2024

We launched our space with the event ‘Tra Sogno e Realtà’.

It was the moment when our dream began to take shape after months of hard work. Seeing more than 150 people gathered in our space was an incredible emotion.

During the day, we organized a Cilentan tarantella workshop and a market featuring local artisans.

Beach Clean up

18 February 2024

In collaboration with Leandro Olivieri, over 50 people joined our first live community meeting to clean Ogliastro Marina beach.

Together, we collected more than 200 kilograms of plastic, making a tangible impact on our local environment.
