Wild fermentation and traditional grains workshop

Participate in this hands-on workshop merging theory and practice in breadmaking, with a special focus on traditional grains and wild fermentations.

 

We will harvest wild plants to extract yeasts, seeing the differences between wild yeast and sourdough, how to produce it and how to manage it.

The event will conclude with a dinner featuring fermented drinks and pizzas created during the workshop.

 

This event has been created in collaboration with Anna Costagliola from Impasti Radicali and Candida Bevilacqua from Wild Ferment.
